How does Healthji Patient Support work?

Healthji Patient Support provides detailed information on healthcare services available PAN India. In case you need to find a medical Emergency , treatments , ambulance Services,  Diagnostic laboratory or a hospital in your vicinity that specializes in specific medical fields, you can log on to our website, register yourself and thereafter get daily updates.

Are heart operations painful?

Healthji Patient Support provides information related to Medical Treatments , Any patient Support , Diagnostic Centres and Hospitals near you. Healthji Patient Supportalso introduces a novel service, “Services”, wherein the patient can plan his surgery with the best of the surgeons at the best of hospitals at the viable cost & schedule.

Do you use anesthetics for patients?

Our services are just a few clicks away. You only need to register yourself with healthji Patient Support by filling the registration form available on our website to get started.

How much do I have to pay to Healthji Patient Support for registration or for availing the benefits that your site offers?

Customer/patient can register and avail the benefits offered by Healthji patient Support free of charge. There is no fee associated with the same.

Can I book for my friends and family also or is the facility limited to the person registering only?

You can book for yourself, for family and for friends. There is no bar on the number of people for whom you book tests.

Do I have to provide any details like copy of identity proof at the diagnostic centre?

No, identity proof is not mandatory. The patient(s) need to furnish their details like name, age, etc. at the time of administration of tests at the Member Establishment along with the proof of booking.

How do I proceed with the payment?

The Client / Patient has an option of either paying online through Healthji Patient Support or make payment at the respective centre. Healthji Patient Support also provides different payment options like Net Banking, Payment Through Credit Card, Debit Card or through wallet for the convenience of the customers. Once the order is confirmed, you get a system generated receipt as proof of booking. The same has to be shown at the Reception Counter of the Centre to avail the facilities.

How is Pay Now and Pay at Centre different for me? Is there any benefit associated with my choice of payment mode?

No, it is a matter of your convenience only.

Can I change my booking after the payment has been done?

No, once the order is confirmed, the booking cannot be changed.

If services are not satisfactory, do I get a refund?

We endeavor to maintain the highest standards of quality in our services. However, we do not certify the quality of service of the Member Establishment as we act as a link between the patient and the service provider. Thus, if services are not found to be satisfactory, Healthji Patient Support does not refund the money. We do, however, take note of your complaint and share your valuable feedback with the Member Establishment.

Is your service restricted to Delhi?

Though, we are currently operational in Delhi & NCR, but we will soon spread our wings to different Cities of India. Please log on to our website (www.healthji.in) for detailed information about your City/Area.

How will I get help in case I get stuck or I have queries?

In case you need help, we can be contacted at our number 87 5098 9782. You can also e-mail your problem at info@healthji.in. We can also be reached at our whatsapp number 8750989782. We also have the facility of ‘Post Your Queries’, wherein you can fill the form along with your e-mail id and message. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also share and discuss your query with our team members using the Online Chat option available at the bottom right end of our website.

Can I avail the services at any time of the day?

Medical emergencies can arise at any time. Our website is functional 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. You can avail the benefits as and when required. However, you can contact our support staff on working days (Monday – Saturday) during working hours (8:30 am – 6 pm) only.
